PEANUT BUTTER BALLS 
1 c. sifted Powdered Sugar
1/2 c. creamy Peanut Butter
3 tbsp. Butter melted
1 lb. Chocolate

Mix together powdered sugar, peanut butter and butter until well combined. May need to add additional powder sugar if mixture is very sticky.

Refrigerate for about 1 hour to harden. This makes it easier to make into 1 inch balls.

Melt chocolate in saucepan. Dip peanut butter balls in chocolate.

Place balls on baking sheet with wax paper and place in refrigerator to harden.
