CHERRY YUM YUM 
1 pkg. chocolate cake mix
3 tbsp. coffee grounds
Canned cherries
Lg. Cool Whip
Lg. chocolate pudding

Follow directions on box for chocolate cake mix. When mixed into a creamy batter, heat oven to 350 degrees and grease 9 x 11 inch oblong pan. Add 3 tablespoons of coffee grounds to batter and 1 cup of canned cherries. Blend together, heat and bake for 40 minutes. When cake springs, it is done. Let cool for 1/2 hour in refrigerator. When cool add 1 large package of chocolate pudding. Spread out over cake and follow with 1 cup of canned cherries. Add Cool Whip, spread over cake and serve.
