3 eggs (use Scramblers or Eggbeaters)
1 container cottage cheese
4 c. Special K cereal
1 stick butter
1 c. onions
1 c. mushrooms
2 pkg. G. Washington broth

Saute onions and mushrooms. Mix all ingredients together. Place in a greased baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees about 45 minutes.
