CHICKEN ASPARAGUS CASSEROLE | |
2 c. cubed cooked chicken 1 (14 1/2 oz.) can asparagus 1 c. grated cheese (American or mild cheddar) 6 oz. noodles, cooked 1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms & juice 1 sm. jar pimiento 1 c. diced celery 1 can sliced water chestnuts 1 can cream of mushroom soup 1 can cream of chicken soup 1/2 c. mayonnaise Liquid from mushrooms Layer noodles, chicken, asparagus, cheese, celery, mushrooms, pimientos and water chestnuts. Combine soups, mayonnaise, and liquid from mushrooms. Pour over layered ingredients. Cover and bake 1 hour at 325 degrees. You can substitute cream of celery soup for cream of mushroom soup. |
