CHINESE CHICKEN 
Chicken pieces, cut and skinned
2 eggs, beaten
1 c. flour
Garlic salt

SAUCE:

3/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. pineapple juice
1/2 c. vinegar
3/4 c. ketchup
1 1/2 tsp. soy sauce
1 tsp. monosodium glutamate

Sprinkle chicken with garlic salt and let sit a few minutes. Dip in egg, then flour. Brown in oil. Place in baking dish. Combine sauce ingredients in a saucepan, heat and pour over chicken. Bake for 1 1/2 hours at 350 degrees.
