CHICKEN WITH VEGETABLES 
4 skinless chicken breasts
4 tbsp. cooking oil
1/4 c. flour
Salt, pepper & paprika to taste
4 tbsp. orange marmalade
1 pkg. frozen peas & pearl onions

In plastic bag shake chicken with flour and seasonings. In fry pan on moderate heat, lightly brown chicken in oil. Cook slowly for 20 minutes; turn. On top of each piece of chicken, drop 1 tablespoon of orange marmalade. Cook 20 minutes more. Pour 1/4 cup orange juice over top of chicken.

Pour the package of vegetables around the chicken pieces and cook only until peas and onions are tender. Be careful they don't brown. Serve on platter with the vegetables as a garnish. Serves 4.
