QUICK POTATO SALAD | |
2 lb. sm. red potatoes, cooked 2 boiled eggs 1/2 c. sliced green onions 2 stalks celery, chopped 1 c. HIDDEN VALLEY® Original Ranch salad dressing 4 slices crisp cooked bacon Cut potatoes into 1 inch cubes. In large bowl, combine all ingredients and salad dressing, toss gently. Garnish with chives or crumbled bacon. Serve warm. |
