HAWAIIAN CHICKEN 
2 lb. broiler, fryer pieces
Salt and pepper to taste
2 tbsp. honey
8 1/4 oz. can sliced pineapple
1/3 c. Heinz 57 sauce

Place chicken in baking dish (12 x 7 1/2 x 2). Season with salt and pepper. Bake at 400 degrees for 30 minutes. Meanwhile, drain pineapple; reserve 2 tablespoons liquid, combine reserved liquid, 57 sauce and honey and pour over chicken. Bake an additional 25 minutes, basting occasionally. Arrange pineapple over chicken; bake 10 minutes longer. Drain excess fat from sauce. Spoon sauce over chicken. Makes 4 servings.
