3 c. sugar
1 (6 oz.) can evaporated milk
1/2 c. butter
1 (12 oz.) pkg. chocolate morsels
1 (7 1/2 oz.) jar marshmallow cream
1 tsp. vanilla

Combine in casserole dish sugar, butter and milk. Microwave on High uncovered for 3 minutes. Stir. Cook 2 1/2 minutes and stir, cook 3 minutes and stir. Cook 1 more minute and stir. Take out and add last 3 ingredients and stir until mixed well. Pour into greased 9 x 13 inch pan. Let set or put in refrigerator to harden.
