OVEN OMELET 
8 eggs
1 c. milk
1/2 tsp. salt
2 c. frozen shredded hash brown potatoes
1 c. diced, fully cooked ham
1 c. (4 oz.) shredded Cheddar cheese
1 tbsp. dried minced onion

In a large bowl, beat the eggs, milk and salt. Stir in the remaining ingredients. Pour into a greased 8 inch square baking dish.

Bake uncovered at 350°F for 45 - 50 minutes or until a knife inserted near the center comes out clean.
