OATMEAL PANCAKES | |
1 1/2 c. Bisquick baking mix 1 c. regular or quick-cooking oats 1 2/3 c. milk 1 egg Beat all ingredients with whisk or hand beater until smooth. Pour by scant 1/4 cupfuls onto lightly greased hot griddle. Cook until edges are dry. Turn; cook until golden brown. Makes about 18 (4-inch) pancakes. |
