ITALIAN BROCCOLI CASSEROLE 
2 (10 oz.) pkgs. frozen cut broccoli
2 beaten eggs
1 can condensed Cheddar cheese soup
1/4 tsp. dried oregano
1 (8 oz.) can stewed tomatoes, cut up
3 tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
Salt and pepper to taste

Cook broccoli until tender, drain well. Combine eggs, Cheddar cheese soup and crushed oregano. Stir in stewed tomatoes and broccoli; turn vegetable cheese mixture into a 10x6x2 inch baking dish. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Bake uncovered for 30 minutes at 350 degrees until heated completely. Serves 6 to 8.
