HAMBURGER STEAKS 
2 lb. ground beef
1 egg
1 tbsp. cooking oil
1/2 c. bread crumbs
Salt & pepper to taste
1 lg. potato, grated
1/2 med. onion, chopped
1 tsp. A-1 sauce
2 tbsp. catsup

Mix all ingredients together; shape into 6 steaks. Fry over medium heat until done. Usually I double the recipe. Leftover steaks are great reheated.
