SPICED SHRIMP 
6 lbs. frozen shrimp, thawed
1/2 gal. water
1 tbsp. caraway seed
1 tbsp. whole black pepper
1 tbsp. pickling spice
1 tbsp. cayenne pepper
1 bay leaf
1 tsp. dry mustard

Combine all ingredients. Boil for about 20 minutes.

SAUCE:

1/2 lb. butter
Juice of 2 lg. lemons
1 tbsp. tarragon vinegar
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 tbsp. soya sauce
7 to 8 dashes Tabasco sauce
1 tsp. salt

Melt butter; add seasonings. Cook until heated through. Use as sauce for shrimp.
