SWEDISH MEATBALLS 
1 lb. ground chuck
2 tbsp. onion flakes
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
2 1/4 c. milk
2 eggs, slightly beaten
4 c. crushed corn flakes
1 (10 oz.) can mushroom soup
1 tbsp. butter

Mix chuck, onion, salt, pepper, eggs and 1 1/2 cups milk. Add corn flakes to this mixture. Mix well and roll into balls. Brown in small amount of butter over low heat. Remove meatballs from pan. Add soup and remaining milk to pan drippings. (If there is a lot of fat, you can pour some off.) Pour this mixture over meatballs. Serve over noodles or rice.
