SWEET BREAD 
1 yellow cake mix without pudding
2 pkgs. rapid rise yeast
5 c. flour
2 1/2 c. hot tap water
Butter, softened
Sugar
Cinnamon
Nuts, optional

Mix cake mix, yeast and flour. Add hot tap water and mix well. Divide dough in half and roll each half into a rectangle. Cover with soft butter and sprinkle sugar and cinnamon to taste. Sprinkle nuts over top if desired. Roll up from long side and slice in 3/4 inch slices. Place in greased pan. Repeat with other half of dough. Bake at 375 degrees for 20 minutes or until done. Can frost with a thin glaze if desired.
