QUICHE LORRAINE 
3 whipped eggs
1/2 pt. light cream
1/2 c. grated Swiss or Gruyere cheese
1/2 c. chopped onions
1 (9 inch) pie crust
1/2 c. diced ham
1/2 c. melted butter
1/2 c. crumbled crisp bacon
1/2 c. diced Swiss cheese
Salt and cayenne pepper to taste and 2 pinches of nutmeg

Mix eggs, cream, grated cheese and seasonings. Saute onions and ham in butter. Add bacon and diced cheese and spread evenly on bottom of pie crust. Pour egg mixture on top, filling to rim of crust. Bake in oven at 400 degrees for approximately 40 minutes, or until an inserted knife comes out clean. Before serving sprinkle paprika over top.
