PUMPKIN PIE 
1/2 tsp. ground ginger
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 1/2 c. pumpkin
3 c. milk or light cream
3 eggs, beaten
1/2 c. honey
1 tbsp. molasses
1 tsp. vanilla

Heat oven to 450 degrees. Roll out pastry for a 9 inch pie. Add seasonings to pumpkin. Place milk and eggs in a large bowl. Stir in pumpkin mixture, honey, molasses, and vanilla. Pour filling into dough. Bake for 10 minutes, then reduce heat to 350 degrees and bake 30 minutes longer. Cool before serving.
