PINEAPPLE PUFFS 
1 1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. sour cream
1 egg
1 (8 1/4 oz.) can crushed pineapple
3 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. chopped nuts

Heat oven to 400 degrees. Mix sugar, butter, sour cream, egg and pineapple (with syrup). Stir in flour, baking soda, vanilla, salt and nuts. Blend well. Drop by teaspoonful onto cookie sheet 2 inches apart. Bake until no indentations appear when touched 8-10 minutes. Remove from cookie sheet. Cool. Makes about 6 dozen cookies. Spread with glaze.

GLAZE:

2 c. powdered sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
4 tbsp. milk

Beat until smooth.
