MINI STUFFED MEAT LOAVES 
1 lb. ground chuck or ground round
1 c. bread crumbs
1 sm. can evaporated milk
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 env. Cup of Soup (onion flavor)
1 (16 oz.) can green beans (drain liquid)
1 egg

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine ground meat, bread crumbs, evaporated milk, onion soup, egg, and 1/3 of can of soup. Make 4 mini meat loaves, forming a well in the middle. Place meat loaves in small baking pan.

Next combine remaining mushroom soup and green beans. Put this mixture into 4 meatloaf wells. Bake for 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
