PINEAPPLE MARLOW 
32 marshmallows
2 tbsp. pineapple juice
1 c. crushed pineapple
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 c. cream, whipped

Heat marshmallows and 2 tablespoons pineapple juice in saucepan over low flame. Fold over and over until marshmallows are almost melted, remove from flame. Continue folding until mixture is smooth and cool. Add drained crushed pineapple and lemon juice. Fold in whipped cream and freeze. Serve in sherbet glass.
