PIG CAKE 
CAKE:

1 Duncan Hines cake mix
1/2 c. mandarin orange juice
1 stick softened butter
1 tsp. vanilla
4 eggs
1 can well-drained orange pieces

TOPPING:

1 sm. box instant pineapple pudding mix
1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple
1/2 c. powdered sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 (9 oz.) Cool Whip

Put all cake ingredients in a large bowl, except orange pieces. Mix at medium speed for 4 minutes, then fold in orange pieces. Pour in 9x13 inch well-greased and floured pan. Bake 35-40 minutes at 350 degrees.

Drain pineapple. Mix pudding mix with pineapple juice. Add powdered sugar and vanilla. Mix in pineapple. Fold in Cool Whip. Spread on cooled cake.
