1 stick butter
1/2 c. walnuts (chopped fine)
1 c. flour

Blend butter with flour. Add nuts. Blend well. Press into 13x9 inch pan. Bake 350 degrees for 20 minutes (until light brown). Cool. 1 c. confectioners' sugar 1 c. Cool Whip, thawed

Blend cream cheese and confectioners' sugar until smooth. Add Cool Whip. Blend well. Spread over cooled crust. Chill. chocolate pudding (lemon, butterscotch or pistachio) 3 c. milk
