CHINESE HOT DISH 
1 lb. ground beef, browned
2 chopped onions or dried minced onion
1 c. celery
1/2 to 3/4 c. uncooked rice
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can peas, liquid included
2 c. water
4 tbsp. soy sauce

Combine all ingredients. Bake 2 hours at 325 degrees.
