BANANA RAISIN BREAD 
2 c. Raisin Bran
2 eggs, beaten well
2 c. ripe bananas
1 tsp. vanilla
2 1/2 c. sifted flour
1 c. sugar
2 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 c. chopped nuts (pecans or walnuts)
1/4 c. oil
1/4 c. water
2 (8x4x3) pans, greased

Combine eggs, bananas and vanilla. Stir in cereal. In separate bowl sift flour, baking powder, salt and baking soda. Add nuts and sugar. Blend cereal; mix with oil and water thoroughly. Add to dry ingredients and stir well until all is moistened.

Pour in 8x4x3 inch bread loaf pans (2). Bake at 350 degrees for 45-60 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean. Cool 10 minutes. Remove from pan. Eat warm or cold.
