CURRIED BAKED FISH 
Vegetable cooking spray
8 (4 oz.) fish (orange roughy or other white fish fillets)
1/2 c. reduced calorie mayonnaise
1 tbsp. dry white wine
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. dill weed
1/2 tsp. curry powder

Coat a broiling rack with cooking spray. Place rack in a shallow baking pan, arrange fish on rack.

Combine remaining ingredients. Spread over fish. Bake 350 degrees F. for 25 minutes or until done.
