CATALINA FISH BAKE 
1 c. onion, chopped
1/2 c. celery tops, chopped
1/2 c. parsley, chopped
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/4 c. vegetable oil
3/4 tsp. paprika
2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
2 lbs. fish fillets

Combine onion, celery and parsley. Arrange in large shallow greased baking dish. Place fish in overlapping layers over vegetables. Season with salt and pepper. Pour oil over fish. Sprinkle with paprika. Bake in 375 degree oven for 10 minutes. Pour tomato sauce over all. Bake 30 to 35 minutes longer. Baste fish frequently. Makes 6 servings.
