CAJUN STYLED BAKED FISH 
4 tsp. vegetable oil
1 tbsp. paprika
2 tsp. thyme leaves, crushed
1 tsp. onion powder
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. red pepper
1 lb. fish fillets
1/4 c. green pepper, cut up

Combine oil, paprika, thyme, onions, garlic, salt and peppers. Spread mixture on each side of fish. Place fillets on a lightly oiled baking pan. Bake 400 degrees 10 minutes. Garnish with green pepper strips.
