SEASONED CROUTONS 
10 slices bread
1/4 c. oil
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese

Brush both sides of bread with oil. Sprinkle with garlic salt and cheese. Cut into 1/2 inch cubes. Bake on cookie sheet in a 300 degree oven for 30 minutes. Stir several times. Yield: 4 cups.
