SOUR CREAM COCONUT CAKE | |
1 box yellow cake mix 16 oz. sour cream 1 1/2 c. sugar 2 pkg. frozen fresh coconut Mix sugar and sour cream. Add coconut. Let this set in the refrigerator overnight. Bake cake according to directions. Cool cake layers. Slice each layer. You want 4 layers. Spread the coconut mixture between each layer. Keep refrigerated. The longer this cake sits, the better it gets. |
