HOMESTYLE POTATO SALAD 
6 med. potatoes
1 tsp. mustard
2 tbsp. mayonnaise
Chopped sweet pickles
2 hard-boiled eggs
1 med. onion
2 tbsp. vinegar or enough to taste

Peel potatoes and cut into 1-inch cubes. Cook in salted water until tender. Drain, leaving small amount of thick water in potatoes; chop eggs and onion. Add to potatoes. Mix well. Add remainder of ingredients, plus salt and pepper to taste.
