1 chocolate cake mix
1 can Eagle Brand milk
1 jar caramel ice cream topping

Bake cake according to package directions in a 9 x 13 inch pan. Poke holes in cake while it is still hot and pour Eagle Brand milk over the cake. Then pour caramel topping over that. May ice cooled cake with Cool Whip if desired.
