Wash and tear spinach into pieces. Add 1/4 chopped onion and 1/4 cup diced tomatoes. Mix with salad dressing.

SPINACH SALAD DRESSING:

3 slices bacon, cut into sm. pieces
1/2 c. vinegar
1 c. water
1/2 c. sugar

Saute bacon (not brown). Remove from grease and add to spinach. Carefully add sugar, water, and vinegar mixture to hot grease. Serve hot over spinach just before serving.
