LIME CONGEALED SALAD 
1 (3 oz.) pkg. lime gelatin
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 c. hot water
1 small can pineapple, crushed
1 c. pecans, chopped
3 c. celery, chopped, optional

In 2 quart casserole dish let cream cheese reach room temperature. Combine softened cheese with gelatin powder. Add hot water and mix. Chill until slightly thickened. Add remaining ingredients. Chill until firm.

Yield: 12 servings.
