GARDEN VEGETABLE STUFFING 
2 c. dry bread crumbs
1 c. carrot, grated
1 c. onion, finely minced
1 c. raw mushrooms, sliced
1/2 c. fresh parsley, chopped
1 1/2 tbsp. lemon juice
1 egg
1/4 tsp. black pepper
1 clove garlic, minced
2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. marjoram

Mix all ingredients. Stuff fish, chicken, turkey or other meat. Bake at 350 degrees until meat is done. For turkey, stuffing must reach temperature or 250 degrees. (This is great for salmon.)
