MEXICAN CASSEROLE | |
1 lb. ground beef 1 can cream of mushroom soup 1 small bottle picante sauce 1 can Ranch Style beans 3 slices cheese 1 c. chopped onion 1 bag any tortilla chips 1 bag shredded cheese Brown and drain beef and onion. In a casserole dish, crunch up tortilla chips. Mix in pan with meat the can of beans, soup, picante and 3 slices of cheese. Heat until hot, but do not "cook." Spoon mixture onto chips and stir, trying to get some of the sauce on the bottom of chips. Sprinkle bag of cheese on top. Bake at 400°F for 45 minutes or until cheese is bubbling. |
