CRAB & SHRIMP MOLD 
1/4 lb. crab (or 6 oz. can)
1/4 lb. shrimp (or 6 oz. can)
2 tbsp. parsley, chopped fine
1 sm. onion, chopped fine
1 c. celery, chopped fine
3/4 c. mayonnaise
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
Juice from 1/2 lemon
1 can cream of mushroom soup
2 pkgs. unflavored gelatin

Warm soup in saucepan (do not add any water). Add cream cheese; when creamy, add celery, parsley, onions, mayonnaise, lemon juice, crab and shrimp. Mix 3 tablespoons cold water with the unflavored gelatin and add to mixture. Pour into a well-oiled mold. Refrigerate overnight. Serve with assorted crackers and/or raw vegetable cuts.
