SWEDISH COFFEE CAKE 
1/2 c. shortening
1 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
Dash of salt
2 c. flour
1 c. sour cream

FILLING/TOPPING:

1/2 c. nuts
1/4 c. brown sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon

Cream shortening, sugar, and eggs. Add remaining ingredients. Pour half of batter in greased tube pan. Sprinkle half of nut mixture on top. Add remaining batter and top with remaining nut mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for approximately 45 minutes.
