BEST-BUNDT COFFEE CAKE 
2 c. butter
2 c. brown sugar
4 eggs
2 c. sour cream
4 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tbsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. cardamon
1/2 c. chopped nuts
1/4 c. brown sugar

Combine first seven ingredients, mix well. Grease and flour Bundt pan, pour 1/4 of batter in pan, sprinkle with 1/4 cup brown sugar, 1 tablespoon cinnamon, 1 teaspoon cardamon, 1/2 cup chopped nuts. Cover with remaining batter. Cook at 350 degrees uncovered for 25 minutes. 35 minutes more covered with foil. Enjoy.
