1 c. water 1/2 c. butter 1 c. flour 4 eggs 2 pkgs. instant vanilla or chocolate pudding 3 1/2 c. milk 8 oz. cream cheese 8 oz. whipped topping Chocolate syrup (optional) Bring to boil water and butter. Remove from heat and stir in flour. Add eggs one at a time with a mixer. Spread on 11x15" jelly roll pan. Bake at 400 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes until golden. Cool. Mix pudding, using less amount of milk than instructed on package, then add cream cheese with mixer. Spread on cooled crust. Top with small tub of whipped topping. Drizzle with chocolate syrup if desired. |
