SWEET POTATO CASSEROLE 
3 c. mashed yams
2 eggs
3/4 stick butter, melted
1 c. Carnation milk
1 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 tsp. cinnamon

TOPPING:

1 c. corn flakes
1/2 c. chopped nuts
1/2 c. brown sugar
3/4 stick butter, melted

Mix first 8 ingredients and pour into greased baking dish. Bake at 425 degrees for 15 minutes. While baking make topping. Pour topping over potatoes and bake at 400 degrees for 15 minutes.
