HUNTER'S MEAL 
2 lb. Lean Ground Beef
1 Green Pepper (chopped)
4 oz. can Mushrooms (drained)
1 large Onion (chopped)
1 qt. Tomatoes
1 can Cream of Mushroom Soup
1 can Tomato Soup
12 oz. bag Broad Egg Noodles (cooked & drained)
Grated Cheddar Cheese

Brown beef, add peppers and onions; sauté. Add mushrooms after excess fat has been drained off. Add tomatoes, cream of mushroom soup, tomato soup, and egg noodles.

Mix together and bake in a well greased large casserole dish in a preheated oven at 250°F for 1 hour and 15 minutes. Add grated cheddar cheese 15 minutes before removing from oven.
