COCOA SPICE DROPS 
(Makes about 4 dozen.)

1 (14 oz.) can Eagle Brand Sweetened Condensed Milk (NOT evaporated milk)
1 egg
2 tbsp. butter, softened
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1 c. unsifted flour
1/3 c. Hershey's Cocoa
1 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. ground ginger
1/8 to 1/4 tsp. ground cinnamon
1 c. raisins

In large mixer bowl, beat sweetened condensed milk, egg, butter and vanilla until blended. Combine dry ingredients; add to egg mixture. Beat additional minute at high speed. Stir in raisins. Cover; chill about 1 hour. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Drop by heaping teaspoonfuls onto lightly greased baking sheets. Garnish as desired. Bake 6 to 8 minutes or until set. Cool 1 minute; remove from baking sheets. Cool completely. Store tightly covered.
