DROP DOUGHNUT BALLS 
1 1/2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. nutmeg
1/8 tsp. ginger
1/8 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. milk
1 tbsp. salad oil
1 egg

Sift together dry ingredients. Sift again. Add milk and oil; stir. Add egg and beat until blended. Drop by teaspoonfuls in hot oil, 375 degrees. Turn. Drain. Sprinkle with sugar.
