FRENCH LEMON PIE 
1 c. sugar
1 c. white syrup
1/4 c. flour
4 eggs
4 tbsp. melted butter
Juice & rind of 1 lemon
1 unbaked pie shell

Sift the sugar and flour together. Beat the eggs; blend in syrup, butter, lemon juice and rind. Stir in flour mixture. Pour into unbaked pie shell. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
