FOUR LAYER DESSERT 
3/4 c. melted butter
3/4 c. nuts (pecans)
1 1/2 c. flour

Mix well and pat in 13x9 pan. Bake 15 minutes at 375.

LAYER 2:
1 c. Cool Whip
1 c. powdered sugar
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese

Beat until fluffy and put on cooled crust.

LAYER 3:
2 (3 oz.) pkgs. pudding mix (instant)
3 c. milk

Mix and put on second layer.

LAYER 4:

Top with Cool Whip. Refrigerate overnight.
