FOUR-LAYER DESSERT 
CRUST:

1 1/2 c. sugar
1 stick light Fleischmann's butter

Mix as dough, press with fork into a 9x12 inch dish. Bake at 400 degrees until slightly brown, around 15 minutes.

SECOND LAYER:

1 c. confectioners' sugar
8 oz. cream cheese
1 c. Cool Whip

Beat with mixer and spread on crust when it is cooled.

THIRD LAYER:

2 sm. boxes instant pudding (any flavor)
3 1/2 c. milk

Beat well for 2 minutes, spread over second layer.

FOURTH LAYER:

Top with Cool Whip and spread with chopped nuts or coconut (optional). Very delicious.
