FRESH BERRY PIE | |
1 baked pastry shell or graham cracker crust 4 c. fresh berries - strawberries, raspberries, blueberries 1 c. water 3/4 c. sugar 3 tbsp. cornstarch Crush 1 cup berries and cook with water, about 2 minutes. Combine sugar and cornstarch. Stir into berry juice. Cook and stir until clear. Place half of remaining berries in pie shell. Pour half of sauce over. Repeat with remaining berries and sauce. Chill. Serve with whipped cream. |
