POPPY OR SESAME SEED DRESSING 
3 tablespoons honey
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 tablespoon poppy or sesame seeds
3/4 cup sour cream or Greek yogurt

Combine ingredients and refrigerate until well chilled. Serve on fruit salads.
