PEACH CRISP 
29 oz. can sliced peaches, drained
1 cup biscuit mix
1 cup firmly packed brown sugar
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 cup butter, softened

Arrange peach slices in an 8 inch square dish or pan. Set aside. Combine next 3 ingredients in a large bowl. Mix well. Cut in butter with pastry blender until mixture resembles coarse meal. Sprinkle over peaches.

Bake uncovered at 400°F for 18 to 20 minutes or until golden brown. Serve warm with ice cream if desired.

Serves 6 to 8.
